Overview
The Synapse Flow integration enables next:well to trigger, monitor, and respond to external processes as part of a single execution flow. Tasks can be initiated from next:well, securely passed to Synapse Flow, and tracked until completion or failure without losing visibility.
Rather than acting as a one-time connector, the integration functions as a system component. Execution status, retries, and results remain visible within next:well, enabling teams to analyze workflows from start to finish rather than across disconnected tools.
This makes it easier to run complex, long-running processes without requiring manual coordination or creating hidden points of failure.
Typical setup
Most teams start by connecting Synapse Flow to a small set of workflows where reliability and visibility are most important. Authentication and permissions are configured once, after which tasks can be triggered programmatically or as part of automated execution paths.
The integration is designed to be non-invasive. Existing logic remains in place, while next:well handles orchestration, pacing, and monitoring. As confidence grows, teams typically expand their use of the system gradually rather than migrating everything at once.
The setup is intentionally lightweight, with sensible defaults that can be refined over time as usage patterns become apparent.
